I couldn’t agree more. What’s worse is the folks who actually believe they have the right uses and contexts of the words. “Actionable” was my favorite. It made me laugh out loud (right after the tires in my head stopped screaching). I’m going to guess that the writer won’t be seeing a lot of work from the legal industry. He made himself look like a fool.
