Banner is our favorite member at NSA-AZ, and the thought of our little buddy getting hurt still has people upset. We are so happy you have fostered the kind of culture that allows people to do the right thing.

Larry is an incredible inspiration to all those who have listened to him speak, and Larry and Banner are an incredible team. Friday the 13th was Larry’s lucky day when Southwest Airlines employees came to his and Banner’s rescue! Hurray to them!

All of us here at Southwest Airlines are very proud of our Phoenix Employees who stepped in to save Banner’s life, and you may be surprised to know that eight folks were involved. It’s great that Banner is recovering, and his “get-well” ballon is great.
